Brief bio
Colin received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Dietetics & Applied Nutrition from Johnson & Wales University-Providence. His interests include preventative medical nutrition therapy and strives to bring what he learns to youth and their families. He is currently working with Professor Moyer in her Culinary Medicine research with a focus in athletes’ endurance and performance.
