Brief Bio
Nicki received a B.A. in History from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a B.S. in Nutrition from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. She recently completed the UNCG Post-Baccalaureate Certificate/Dietetic Internship Program. She is a Registered Dietitian and has since earned her Master of Science in Nutrition.
