brief Bio
Eileen earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition with a concentration in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Nutrition while completing her dietetic internship through UNCG’s M.S./D.I. program.
Eileen is excited to gain experience in both clinical and community nutrition settings. She is particularly interested in working with vulnerable populations at higher risk for diet-related chronic diseases and with patients at risk for nutrient deficiencies. Her ultimate goal is to become a Registered Dietitian and make a meaningful impact by improving the health and well-being of the communities she serves.
